LC Industries, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce company is seeking a Network Developer Administrator to join our team.

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for network administration and technology infrastructure functions. Subject matter expert for all technology infrastructure including, network, server, and client hardware. Provides second level support for Help Desk issues, and trains help desk users as issues come up. Working with the manager of Technology, contributes to the performance rating of Helpdesk members and vendor partners. Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks and telecommunication systems. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Installs, configures, and maintains physical servers and virtual servers. Provides technical support and guidance to users. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Good oral and written communication required. Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals (technical and non-technical). Two year degree preferred and or equivalent work experience preferred. Subject matter expertise of Enterprise Systems, hardware configuration, hardware maintenance, networks, routers, switches required. 5+ years experience in a Network Administrator function. Experience with MS Office, MS Exchange, Active Directory. Experience with VPN. Experience with routers and switches. Experience with IIS. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
