Provides free recorded books, magazines and playback equipment to over 16,000 eligible blind, visually impaired, physically handicapped, and reading disabled Ohio residents. Works in partnership with the Ohio Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled, located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Fee: Service is provided at no cost to qualified individuals.
