Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments (HBOT)

Hello,
I am the mother of a 3 1/2 year old with CVI, Optic Nerve Atrophy and occasional Nystagmus.  We have completed 120 sessions of Hyperbaric treatments over the past 3 years.  After each session of 40 treatments, I find that her central vision as the processing time for fine motor activities improves.  I am looking into finding any studies that may have been done on HBOT and vision.  

Have any parents out there tried HBOT and, if so, what were your experiences?

    Hi Rebecca,
    Your daughter's diagnosis sounds very similar to my 22 month old son. He has Optic Nerve Atrophy, Optic Nerve Hypoplosia, Nystagmus, CVI(diagnosis pretty much remitted at this point), amblyoplia and strabismis.
    I am interested in learning more about HBOT.
    Also very interested in hearing if Gics had an answer for your daughter's diagnosis?
