birthday gift ideas for 2 year old twins daughter has ROP, son has normal vision

this is especially difficult for me to be dealing with my daughter who has ROP, and my son who has normal vision, we find it hard to find toys that they are both interested in especially my daughter, she rarely plays with toys per say, just mainly mouths them or throws them out of her way, I need something that would be challanging for her to play with and her enjoy playing with it, I am at a loss as to what to get them for their birthday which is only a couple months away. any advice greatly appreciated!

    Does your daughter have any vision or is she totally blind? My son is older now, but when he was 2, he loved any toy that he could press something and make it spin or make a noise. He also like motion toys like swings and a baby slide. I would also start looking for books that are tactile - with animals or shapes or numbers cut into them. There are several really cute series - particularly a bug one that I remember. If she is not very active - one of the activity mats is also cute. IF all else fails, a music cd with 2 year old songs is something they both can enjoy.

    Hi....I.am from Peru ,and i also have twins ,son have normal vision and the girl.have rop 5 ...they are 1year old now........she dont like toys .. But i buy her a little plastic guitar toy who makes noise... It have a lot of botons so if she touch anyone that thing makes music....... so i think she kind of like that.

    I am Sabrina...and my beautifull girl is Lara.
