Preschool in Indiana

I have a daughter who is CVI/low-vision. We live in a county that has not had a VI child before. We tried their school for a 1 1/2 and wasn't happy. We finally got her transferred to another school system 20 minutes away in the town where I work that has a well established VI program. We did this via tuition transfer. The problem is that we have to get yearly approvals for her to continue at this school. Our school system is leary about resending her as they were out of pocket for a para and transportation. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get extra funding or be able to help her home school out with the expenses so she can continue at her new school.
