Looking for Simple Computer Software

I am looking for computer software of the simplest nature, similar to Big Bang Pictures and Big Bang Patterns.  Something basically non-interactive with music and large objects to encourage visual tracking.

    Try tux paint. You can download it for free. If you don't want the noise you can turn the volume off. But it allows your child to paint or put stamps onto a picture.
